Amy is passionate about helping her clients discover their inner strength. No matter where you’re at along your health or fitness journey, Amy loves working with individuals who are eager to learn and who are willing to grow. Working with her, you can expect a welcoming and encouraging environment with a strong focus on alignment, breath, functional movement, and a workout that meets your needs and offers just the right amount of challenge.
Amy believes that a daily movement practice is an integral part of our overall well- being. Her own movement practice helps her to stay present, grounded, and connected with self. Amy’s keen sense for adventure keeps her focused on building strength in the gym, on her mat, or on the reformer so that she’s able to explore her surroundings uninhibited by injury or physical fitness, and move through life with ease.
