I have had treatments by several physio therapists but none use treatments like Helen . She has a totally different approach , u ses
hands on techniechs and teaches you what you can do at home .It is not an instant cure you have a chance to help yourself if you want to get better .

I just had my first visit here, as I was looking for a physiotherapist to help with my back pain. The best way I can describe my experience with Elizabeth is that she’s a body whisperer. She seems to hear the echoes of past trauma held in the body, and with over 20 years of experience, she has an incredible understanding of how everything is connected.
She hardly had to focus on my back directly, yet I left feeling relief not only in my back but also in other areas I hadn’t even come in to address. I’m genuinely impressed by her knowledge and approach, and I’m so glad I found her. I look forward to continuing my treatment with her!

Liz is a wizard at healing. Every time I have a medical problem Liz heals me. Liz is kind, caring and always makes me feel I am going to be okay. There should be more people like Liz in our medical profession.
