PHYSIOTHERAPY
Prehab
You don’t need an injury to see a physiotherapist. Prehab is a proactive approach to avoiding pain and injury. During an assessment session, your physiotherapist will perform tests of Position, Range of Motion, Strength, and Length to determine inefficiencies in alignment and muscle balance. Based on these specific assessment findings, they will perform a combination of manual therapy, release techniques, and exercise prescription in order to set up your musculoskeletal system for optimal movement and pain-free activity.
