Direct Billing
Many of our services can be billed through extended health benefits under Physiotherapy. If you’re unsure what’s covered, our team is happy to help—just ask during your next visit or contact us anytime to discuss your plan. To enable direct billing, please upload your Policy Number and Member ID to your Jane account when booking, or bring the information to your first appointment.
Policy
Cancellation / No Show
48 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise you are responsible to pay the full fee of your appointment before further treatment will be provided. This fee applies for all patients. ICBC & Extended Health Companies will not provide coverage for missed appointments.
