A dynamic, breath-focused practice that blends movement and mindfulness. With options for every level, this flow builds strength, mobility and balance- leaving you grounded and refreshed.
Our classes have a maximum of 6 students per class to accommodate supportive and specific feedback from our highly skilled instructors. Classes are 50-60 minutes in length to facilitate fitting them in to your busy schedule. Please call or email to schedule a class today!
