individualized approach, fun, dynamic creative workouts/classes, keeping things fresh. Reliable. Working with seniors.
How would a friend describe you?
outgoing, friendly, approachable
What drew you to this profession?
grew up playing sports and taking dance lessons so a career in movement felt natural. My dad also has a degree in Human Kinetics
What lights you up about the work you do?
Seeing people progress and get better, build strength, improve flexibility, meet their goals. People growing a love for exercise/yoga
What motivates you in patient care?
I love helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies. I want my clients to live longer, healthier lives, and enjoy their time with me.

Ran an Occupational Rehabilitation Program for over 9 years
What's something people might not expect about you?
I learned to golf this summer. I love to cook.
Where can we find you when you're not at the clinic?
At the beach, in the mountains, at a brewery, riding my bike.
What are your non-negotiable heath/wellness practices or rituals?
A daily walk outside, a consistent mediataton practice, lifting weights a minimim of 2 days a week, daily stretches.
