What are your top skills as a pilates and yoga instructor?
I am great at helping people connect with their body and their breath, cultivating a healthy relationship with themselves
What kind of approach do you take with clients?
I encourage people to have a dialog with their body, providing the opportunity to understand it’s needs and deliver them through appropriate exercise. Focusing on breath and alignment

What drew you to this profession?
Trying to understand my own body and its needs
What lights you up about the work you do?
helping people feel good and at ease in their bodies…moving with joy
What motivates you in patient care?
I love seeing peoples eyes soften and relax as pain melts. I love introducing people to small muscles in their bodies. Feeling the challenge in seemingly easy exercises that help up map our body and learn to use it with finesse
Can you share some highlights in your background or training?
born and raised in a yoga center (took teaching traing aged 16), gymnast, car crash (3sliped discs and sciatica) leading to lots of pilates. I took two certification programs one functional and the other a deep 5 year apprenticeship. Got into Martial arts (kickboxing, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Circus arts.
What's something people might not expect about you?
I am a life long Vegetarian (never eaten meat) and a Nutritionists who loves making healthy food that is delicious
Where can we find you when you're not at the clinic?
homeschooling my son learning together, being in nature, hiking cooking
What are your non-negotiable heath/wellness practices or rituals?
Sun light in my eyes first thing in the morning while doing my lymphatic drainage, Meditation, body rolling (especially my feet and psoas) breath work, passive core lifts, engaging the small muscles that help stabilize my body, being in nature.
