Yin Yoga Deep Stretch
Yin Yoga is a blend of rest and movement in supported yoga poses to provide a healthy stress to the tissues. Postures are typically held for 3-5 minutes. With a sprinkling of body scans, guided meditations, mudras and breathing practices, participants will receive a full rounded relief to their physical and emotional systems.
Our classes have a maximum of 6 students per class to accommodate supportive and specific feedback from our highly skilled instructors. Classes are 50-60 minutes in length to facilitate fitting them in to your busy schedule. Please call or email to schedule a class today!
