Yoga and Body Rolling in Downtown Vancouver
A balance of strength and mobility is an important part of moving well. This class combines the release of body rolling – which uses a combination of balls, dowels, and foam roller – with the strengthening of alignment based hatha yoga. This class will help you to open and strengthen your body, creating the space for deeper breaths and and the support for you to feel relaxed.
Yoga and Body Rolling is offered as a seven week long pre-registered class:
