This class focuses on gentle movement, restful supported yoga poses, breath and meditation. It teaches the participants how to get into and out of the yoga postures safely and how to customize the yoga postures to fit their unique body shapes and needs.
Restorative yoga is offered as an eight week pre-registered class:
