Restorative Yoga Focuses On
This class focuses on gentle movement, restful supported yoga poses, breath and meditation. It teaches the participants how to get into and out of the yoga postures safely and how to customize the yoga postures to fit their unique body shapes and needs.
Restorative yoga is offered as a six week pre-registered class:
- Mondays at 5:45pm with Kristine (April 8 – May 13) *4 week session, no class April 22 & 29*
- Thursdays at 5:45pm with Christy (April 14 – May 16)
