What is Flow Yoga?
A traditional sequence of Hatha Yoga poses including sun salutations, standing and seated balance, our group Flow Yoga classes can improve your flexibility, balance, focus, and energy. Other benefits include reducing tension, gaining inner strength, stamina and improved flexibility.
Who should take Flow Yoga?
Our group Flow Yoga classes are designed for a range of skill levels, from beginner to intermediate yogis, or anyone looking to improve their strength and flexibility.
Flow Yoga helps with:

- Repetitive Strain Injuries
- Chronic Pain
- Running Injuries
- Post Surgery
Flow Yoga is offered as a six week long pre-registered class:
- Wednesdays 12pm with Ellie (April 10 – May 15)
- Fridays 7am with Kristine (April 12 – May 10) *4 week session, no class April 26*
